Change is hard. It’s harder when you are on the one who is supposed to change.

Mini Saga #99 – Transformation

The Management team was delighted when Rob asked them to write a change manifesto for the company. Each one submitted their list – 185 “must change” items in total. Next morning there was another email from Rob – asking them to write back “how exactly each one will help implement those changes.”

Note:

1. A mini saga is a story told in exactly 50 words. Not 49 or 51 but exactly 50.
