A few people told me (sadly) that they have already broken their new year resolutions. My response is usually the same
So, what?
There is a reason you made the resolution in the first place. The “reason” would not have gone away. What has happened is that a “reason” has come up that forced you to break the resolution.
The next step is fairly simple. Learn from the “reason” that contributed to breaking the resolution.
And,
Re-create the resolution.
There is no law that states that you should only create resolutions in the new year. You can create a resolution right now – as soon as you finish reading this blog post.
